Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2026
We want vSpes to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology, who have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, who have limited mobility, or who have cognitive or learning differences. We are working to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website and the vSpes app.
What we do
- Every feature can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Pages use meaningful headings and labels, so screen readers can navigate them.
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet contrast requirements.
- Animations respect the reduced-motion setting on your device.
- Forms show clear labels and error messages that explain how to fix a problem.
- Live captions and transcripts are available on paid plans, as described on our pricing page.
Known limitations
Some parts of the service are still being built, and some content may not yet meet every requirement. We will publish updates here as we fix these issues. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and we will publish the result when we do.
Report an accessibility problem
If you find something that does not work for you, email vspes@mcariel.com. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within five working days, and we will tell you what we plan to do about it.
Other formats
If you need this information in another format, or need help using a feature, email us and we will do our best to help.
This statement was prepared against WCAG 2.2 and will be reviewed at least once a year.
